Tottenham disappointed West Ham in Mourinho's first appearance


Tottenham made a strong showing in the first game under coach Jose Mourinho, winning 3-2 away to West Ham in the Premier League match at the London Olympic Stadium.

Tottenham Hotspur, Hyung Min-sun, Lucas Mora and Harry Kane scored in the 36th, 43rd and 49th minutes, while West Ham's double was signed by Michel Antonio and Angelo Ogbona in the 73rd and 96th minutes.

With that result, Tottenham lifted the tally to 17 points to temporarily finish sixth, while West Ham froze at 13 points in the 16th place.

Tottenham showed his intentions early in the third minute through Harry Kane, before the scorer was canceled for offside.

West Ham formed his first threat to the opponent in the eighth minute through a header from striker Hiller, grabbed by goalkeeper Gazzaniga.


Son, a powerful shot from the edge of the penalty area in the 20th minute, was saved by Roberto.

Tottenham opened the scoring in the 36th minute through Sun, after receiving a special pass from the Daily Alley inside the penalty area, to dodge defender Diop and then hit the first goal of the Spurs.

Dili Alli tried to surprise Roberto, with a low shot from the edge of the penalty area in the 38th minute, but his shot passed near the post.

Tottenham increased the lead in the 43rd minute, after a distinct start from Sun on the left side, to send across and arrived at Lucas Mora, who successfully netted the ball into the net.

Sanchez almost scored the third goal for Tottenham with a distinct header in the second minute of stoppage time, before the West Ham goalkeeper took a corner, and the first half ended with the Spurs with two goals without reply.


At the start of the second half, and in the 48th minute of a counter-attack, Lucas Mora swapped the ball with Sun, the Brazilian's only goal, before strangely hit the post.

A minute later, Harry Kane scored the third goal for Tottenham, after receiving a fine cross from the right side by Aurier, to head the ball past goalkeeper Roberto.

West Ham needed a quarter of an hour to reappear, with a shot from inside the box through substitute Antonio, who was easily grabbed by the Spurs keeper.

Antonio pulled one back for West Ham in the 73rd minute after a powerful shot from inside the penalty area that Gazanega was unable to tackle.


Immediately, Mourinho made the first switch with Ben Davis out, replaced by full-back Danny Rose, and made the second switch in the 79th minute with Benzol Eriksen at the expense of Daily Alli.

Harry Kane tried to score the fourth goal for Spurs from a foul from the edge of the penalty area, but his shot went easy in the hands of the keeper.

In the 82nd minute, Mourinho forced Moussa Sissoko at the expense of Mora, before West Ham scored the second goal in the 89th minute through Rice, following a cross from a corner, before the technology was canceled by the mouse due to offside.

Ogbona scored the second goal for West Ham in the sixth minute of stoppage time, after receiving a neat cross from a corner, to hit directly at the Spurs, ending the meeting with a 3-2 victory for Tottenham.
