Elton John postpones the concert because of illness: I hate to let down his audience






British pop singer Elton John stunned his audience and fans by postponing his upcoming concert in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Music legend Elton John shared his audience on his personal Twitter account on Saturday, unfortunately announcing that he was too ill to be able to sing at Bankers Life Fieldhouse that night.
In a post on his Twitter account, John said: "To my audience in Indianapolis ... it's a pity to tell you this news that I was forced to. ... I totally hate to let down my fans and my fans but I owe you a better show next time.




Elton also announced the postponement of his concert in March 2020, and continued in another post: "The date of the concert will be changed and postponed to March 2020, and I promise that I will deliver the show you deserve ... Thank you very much for your support and understanding."

The British singer began his tour of Farewell Yellow Brick Road on September 8, 2018, and the world tour will continue until December 2020 ... and his next stop is scheduled for October 28 in Nashville, Tennessee.

Earlier this month, ET had a press interview with John, after appearing with Rocketman star Taron Egerton on stage for a special performance with the Hollywood Symphony Orchestra at the Greek Theater in Los Angeles. The evening with John on the piano and sung by Egerton "Don't Let the Sun Go Down On Me".

John also spoke to ET about his friendship with the late Princess Diana, as well as the hardships endured by the late Michael Jackson throughout his life.
