Amazon Music is free on Android and iPhone!

Competition has intensified lately between companies offering music streaming services around the world such as Spotify and YouTube Music. Amazon recently entered the conflict after the company announced that it will make Amazon Music service free on both Android devices, iOS, Fire TV and the Web, as well. Spotify shares soared 5 percent to just 0.5 percent for Amazon, and Amazon has already offered users several music streaming services such as free music via Amazon Music playlists and custom accessories to work with its Alexa smart assistant devices such as the Echo speaker range. The feature is currently available in the US, UK, and Germany and customers can sign up for this free service without having to enter their credit card information. Offering a free, ad-supported music layer puts Amazon in direct competition with Spotify, Google Play Music, Pandora, and other services It will give users access to more than 2 million tracks through ad-supported stations and playlists, and that number is still very low compared to Spotify's 40 million tracks.

Many users want to listen to their favorite music without annoying ads blocking their way. Amazon offers them two paid options.
