The Italian newspaper `` Misagiro '' leaked the name of the winner of the 2019 Golden Ball, more than a month before the original date for the announcement of the award on December 2.

The Italian newspaper revealed that Cristiano Ronaldo is waiting for his sixth Golden Ball award, surpassing arch-rival Lionel Messi and 29 players included in the list of candidates prepared by the magazine France Football presented in the 2019 edition.
 
The newspaper pointed out that "Ronaldo" was the best candidates and awarded him the title of sniper awards, especially after receiving the award five times.
